A Pilot Trial of Maraviroc for Treatment of Subjects on Antiretroviral Therapy with Suboptimal CD4+ T-cell Count Recovery Despite Sustained Virologic Suppression
Who Can Enroll: Participants must be on stable HIV therapy for 6 months. VL<50 for at least 1 year and CD4 <250.
Study Therapy: Maraviroc (added to current HIV therapy to see if there is an increase in CD4 count).

A Phase II, Double Blind, Randomized, Crossover Exploratory Study of Chloroquine for Reducing HIV-associated Immune Activation
Who Can Enroll: Patients not currently taking HIV therapy. VL > 20,000 CD4 > 450.
Study Therapy: Chloroquine 200mg QD vs Placebo for 12 weeks followed by 12 weeks of Placebo vs Chloroquine.
