The Optimized Treatment that Includes or Omits NRTIs (OPTIONS) Trial: A Randomized Strategy Study for HIV-1-Infected Treatment-Experienced Subjects Using the cPSS to Select an Effective Regimen.

Who Can Enroll: Must be taking a failing PI-containing regimen for at least 8 weeks. Provides resistance test. VL >1000 Any CD4.

Study Therapy: Study provides any combination of the following drugs (Fuzeon, Isentress, Prezista, Tipranavir, Maraviroc and Etravirine).
